Avocado Cocoa Mousse (Healthy Fats + No Sugar Crash)

A silky chocolate mousse made without sugar or cream.


Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp monk fruit syrup or stevia drops
3 tbsp almond milk
½ tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

Method
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until creamy.
Chill 20–30 minutes before serving.


Instructions:
Add a dash of instant coffee for a mocha flavor.
Works great as a frosting substitute, too.

How to Eat It
Serve chilled in small cups; a little goes a long way.

Fridge: 2–3 days
Freezer: Up to 2 months (thaw before eating)
