Refund & Return Policy

At NESY Collection, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't quite right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Eligible Items

The following items may be returned if they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached:

  • Jewelry (necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, and jewelry sets)
  • Scarves
  • Hats and berets
  • Bags and wallets
  • Brooches
  • Hair accessories

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Bridal jewelry and bridal accessories
  • Wellness products (intimate care, feminine care, supplements, or any product intended to be applied to the body or ingested)
  • Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at info@nesycollection.com or nesycollection@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for return
  4. A photo of the item if reporting a defect or damage

Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nesycollection.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, NESY Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. For packages lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order following the policy above and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Email us immediately at info@nesycollection.com if you need to cancel.

Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us directly — we are committed to resolving issues fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.
