This policy explains how NESY Collection processes and ships orders. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Where We Ship

NESY Collection currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time begins after payment is confirmed and is separate from shipping transit time.

During holiday seasons, sales events, or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. Any extended processing times will be noted on our homepage and during checkout.

Shipping Methods & Transit Time

After processing, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our email list to be notified.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. NESY Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@nesycollection.com — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your property (porches, side doors, mailroom)
  3. Contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to file a claim

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, NESY Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Lost in Transit

If your package has not arrived and tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us at info@nesycollection.com and we will help you investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and contents immediately and email them to info@nesycollection.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Holidays & Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons (November-January), severe weather, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during these times.
