🧴 Simple Method

1. Create the Herbal Blend

  • Combine calendula, chamomile, lavender, and rose petals.
  • Mix gently with clean hands or a wooden spoon.
  • Store in an airtight jar, ideally glass, to keep herbs fresh.

2. Prepare Each Sitz Bath

  • Scoop out 2 tablespoons of the herbal blend.
  • Place into:
    • a heat-safe bowl,
    • a sitz bath basin, or
    • a muslin/sachets bag for mess-free use.

3. Infuse the Herbs
