Ingredients

  • 3 carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 oranges (peeled)
  • ½-inch turmeric root (optional, fresh or a pinch of turmeric powder)
  • ½ cup water

Method

  1. Peel the oranges and roughly chop the carrots.
  2. Add carrots, oranges, and water to your blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Strain through a fine sieve or a nut-milk bag for a smoother juice.
  5. Add the turmeric last and stir gently to retain its nutrients and flavor.
