Ingredients & Measurements

Clove powder – ¼ teaspoon
(or 1 drop clove oil if powder isn’t available) - Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Coconut oil – ½ teaspoon (just enough to form a paste)
How to Make It
- In a small clean bowl, mix clove powder and turmeric.
- Add coconut oil slowly.
- Stir until you get a thick, smooth paste (not runny).
How to Apply
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Using a clean fingertip or cotton swab, apply a tiny amount directly to:
- the decayed tooth or
- the surrounding gum area
- Leave it on for 10–20 minutes.
- Spit gently and rinse lightly with warm water.
- Use up to 2 times a day only.
