Ingredients & measurements
- Fresh ginger: 1–2 thin slices or ½ tsp grated
- Chamomile flowers or tea bag: 1 tsp dried flowers or 1 tea bag
- Water: 1 cup (250 ml)
- Optional: ½ tsp honey
How to prepare
- Bring water to a boil, add ginger, and simmer 3–5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add chamomile, and steep 5 minutes.
- Strain (if using loose flowers). Sweeten lightly if desired.
