 Ingredients & Measurements (1 cup)

  • Fresh ginger: ½–1 inch (crushed or sliced)
  • Cumin seeds: ½ teaspoon
  • Water: 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Optional: A pinch of rock salt

 How to Prepare

  1. Add ginger and cumin seeds to water.
  2. Boil for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Strain and sip warm.
  4. Add rock salt if needed.
