🧾 Ingredients & Measurements (1 cup)

  • Fresh ginger: 1 inch piece (sliced/crushed)
  • Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
    (or fresh turmeric: ½ inch)
  • Black pepper: 1 pinch
  • Water: 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Optional: Honey or jaggery ½–1 teaspoon

👩🍳 How to Prepare

  1. Boil ginger in water for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Add turmeric and black pepper.
  3. Simmer for 2 more minutes.
  4. Strain, let it cool slightly, then add honey if desired.
  5. Drink warm.
