- 1 cup honey (raw if possible)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1–2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated or thinly sliced

🍯 How to Make the Syrup

Prepare the ginger
- Wash and grate or slice the ginger.

Warm the honey
- In a small saucepan, warm the honey over very low heat.
- Do not boil — too much heat destroys honey’s healing properties.

Infuse the ginger
- Add the ginger to the warm honey and stir gently for 5–10 minutes.

Add lemon juice
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Stir in fresh lemon juice while the mixture is warm, not hot.

- Adults: 1 teaspoon, 2–3 times a day
