IMMUNE-SUPPORTING ANTIMICROBIAL TONIC

Immune-Supporting Antimicrobial Tonic (commonly called Homemade Amoxicillin)

Ingredients & Measurements

  • Fresh pineapple (chopped): 1 cup
  • Fresh ginger (grated): 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic cloves (crushed): 6–8 cloves
  • Lemon (organic): 1 whole, sliced (with peel)
  • Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper: ¼ teaspoon (adjust to tolerance)
  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
  • Apple cider vinegar (raw, with mother): 2 cups (enough to fully cover solids)
  • Manuka honey: 3–4 tablespoons (added after straining)

How to Make It

  1. Prepare ingredients
    Chop pineapple, grate ginger, crush garlic, and slice lemon.
  2. Combine solids
    Place pineapple, ginger, garlic, and lemon into a clean glass jar.
  3. Add spices
    Sprinkle in turmeric, cayenne, and black pepper.
  4. Cover with vinegar
    Pour apple cider vinegar over everything until fully submerged.
  5. Seal & infuse
    Close the jar and store in a cool, dark place for 7–14 days.
    Shake gently once per day.
  6. Strain
    After infusion, strain out solids using a fine strainer or cheesecloth.
  7. Add honey
    Stir in Manuka honey after straining (never during fermentation).
  8. Bottle & refrigerate

How to Use (Safe Guidelines)

For immune support (not medical treatment):

  • 1 tablespoon once daily for general wellness
  • Up to 2 tablespoons daily during cold/flu season

How to take it:

  • Straight (strong!)
  • Diluted in warm water or herbal tea
  • Mixed into salad dressings or juices
