Ingredients & measurements
- Fresh ginger: 1β2 cm piece (about 1 tsp grated or 4β5 thin slices)
- Fresh lemon juice: 1β2 tsp
- Water: 1 cup (250 ml)
- Optional: Β½ tsp honey (only if you like a little sweetness)
How to prepare
- Bring the water to a gentle boil.
- Add ginger, reduce heat, and simmer 5β10 minutes (longer = stronger).
- Strain into a cup, add lemon juice.
- Sweeten lightly if needed.
