- Fennel seeds (saunf) – 1 teaspoon
- Coriander seeds (dhania) – 1 teaspoon
- Water – 1½ cups
- Optional: Honey – ½ teaspoon (only if acidity is mild)
How to Make
- Lightly crush fennel and coriander seeds.
- Add them to water and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 8–10 minutes.
- Strain and let it cool until warm.
- Add honey if using, and sip slowly.
