REMEDY FOR GASTRIC DISCOMFORT - GINGER–CUMIN–AJWAIN WATER

Simple, safe, and fast home remedy for gastric discomfort (gas, bloating, acidity)

 Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Fresh ginger – ½ inch piece (grated or crushed)
  • Cumin seeds (jeera) – ½ teaspoon
  • Ajwain (carom seeds) – ¼ teaspoon
  • Water – 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Optional: Rock salt – a pinch

 How to Make

  1. Add water, ginger, cumin seeds, and ajwain to a small pan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and strain into a cup.
  4. Add a pinch of rock salt if desired.
  5. Drink warm.
