A sore throat is a common irritation caused by dryness, colds, flu, allergies, or too much talking. It usually starts with a scratchy or burning feeling and can become painful when swallowing.

How to Make It

  1. Warm the water (not boiling).
  2. Stir in honey until fully dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice and mix well.

How to Use

Drink slowly while warm, 2–3 times a day.
