🧪 Ingredients & Measurements
- 1 cup rice water (fermented or freshly made)
- ¼ cup aloe vera gel (fresh or pure bottled)
- 1 tbsp coconut milk (optional for extra moisture)
- 5 drops peppermint essential oil (optional for scalp stimulation)
- 5 drops rosemary essential oil (optional for growth boost)
🍃 How to Make It
Step 1 — Make Rice Water
- Rinse ½ cup of rice.
- Add 1–2 cups of water and let sit 30 minutes.
- Strain out the rice.
- Optional: Let the rice water ferment for 24–48 hours to enhance nutrient content.
Step 2 — Mix the Wash
- In a bottle, combine rice water + aloe gel.
- Add coconut milk (optional).
- Add essential oils.

How to Use It
