Ingredients & Measurements
- 2 cups green tea (brewed strong; 2–3 tea bags)
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp aloe vera juice or gel
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional for shine & scalp balance)
- 5 drops rosemary or peppermint essential oil (optional)
How to Make It
- Brew green tea and let it steep 10 minutes for a potent infusion.
- Let it cool slightly (warm, not hot).
