What This Hair Wash/Rinse Is Used For

- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary or 4 fresh sprigs
- 1 green tea bag (or 1 tsp loose tea)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optionalâboosts shine + scalp pH balance)
- 5 drops peppermint essential oil (optional cooling effect)

đ How to Make It

Boil the water
Heat 2 cups of water until it reaches a gentle boil. -
Add your herbs
 Add the rosemary to the hot water and let it steep for 15 minutes. -
Add green tea
Add the green tea bag for 5 minutes (donât over-steep or it may get too strong). -
Strain
Remove herbs and tea bag; let the liquid cool. -
Add optional ingredients
Stir in apple cider vinegar + essential oils once cooled. -
Store
Pour into a spray bottle or squeeze bottle.
 How to Use It
As a Post-Shampoo Hair Rinse
- Shampoo your hair as usual.
- Slowly pour the rinse over your scalp and hair.
- Massage for 1â2 minutes.
- Do NOT rinse outâlet it absorb as a leave-in.
- Style as normal.
As a Daily Scalp Mist
- Pour into a spray bottle.
- Lightly spritz your scalp once daily.
- Great for refreshing protective styles and nourishing roots.
