  • Water – 1½ cups

🧪 How to Make It

  1. Bring the water to a gentle boil.
  2. Add fennel seeds and ginger, sand immer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add chamomile and peppermint.
  4. Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
  5. Strain and sip warm.

Optional: Add a teaspoon of raw honey if desired.
