- 1 cup hot water
- Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey or date syrup
How to Make
- Place nettle, hibiscus, and orange peel into a cup or teapot.
- Pour freshly boiled water over the herbs.
- Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain into a cup.
- Sweeten lightly if desired and sip warm.
