Ingredients & Measurements (1 cup)

  • 1 teaspoon dried nettle leaf
  • 1 teaspoon hibiscus petals
  • ½ teaspoon dried orange peel or a strip of fresh peel
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey or date syrup

How to Make

  1. Place nettle, hibiscus, and orange peel into a cup or teapot.
  2. Pour freshly boiled water over the herbs.
  3. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Strain into a cup.
  5. Sweeten lightly if desired and sip warm.
