Carrot–Ginger Veggie Marinade

A sweet-savory, anti-inflammatory marinade with fresh carrots and ginger that caramelizes beautifully on the grill.

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup grated carrots
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Simple Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Coat chicken well and marinate 30–60 minutes.
- Grill until lightly charred and cooked through
