Blood Sugar–Balancing Drink (Diabetes Support Remedy)

Ingredients & Measurements (1 serving)

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon soaked fenugreek seeds (methi)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder or 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 1 tablespoon fresh aloe vera gel (food-grade, optional)
  • Juice of ½ lemon (optional)

How to Make

  1. Soak fenugreek seeds overnight in ½ cup water.
  2. In the morning, lightly crush the soaked seeds.
  3. Add them (with soaking water) to a cup along with cinnamon.
  4. Pour in warm water and stir well.
  5. Add aloe vera gel and lemon juice if using.
  6. Drink slowly on an empty stomach or between meals.
