- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon soaked fenugreek seeds (methi)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder or 1 small cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon fresh aloe vera gel (food-grade, optional)
- Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
How to Make
- Soak fenugreek seeds overnight in ½ cup water.
- In the morning, lightly crush the soaked seeds.
- Add them (with soaking water) to a cup along with cinnamon.
- Pour in warm water and stir well.
- Add aloe vera gel and lemon juice if using.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach or between meals.
