🥤 Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 small beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 handful spinach (or Swiss chard)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • A few mint leaves (optional, for cooling)

🍹 How to Make It

  1. Rinse all produce thoroughly.
  2. Add watermelon, beet, ginger, spinach, lemon juice, coconut water, and optional honey into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer a juice-like texture, or enjoy as a smoothie.
  5. Pour into a glass, add mint if desired, and sip slowly.
