Smoky Paprika & Garlic Rub (Low-Salt Optional)

 A bold, cozy blend that adds a gentle smokiness and warm color to your turkey.

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp chili powder
Optional: ½–1 tsp salt OR salt substitute blend
Optional: 1 tsp brown sugar for caramelization

Simple Method (Smoky Paprika & Garlic Rub)
Mix all the spices in a bowl.
Store in an airtight jar.
Rub onto lightly oiled turkey before cooking.

 Life Span/ Shelve life.
3–6 months in an airtight container, stored in a cool, dry place.
If you added any fresh ingredients, use them within 1–2 weeks.
