1½ cups hazelnuts
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
½ cup protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or hazelnut)
¼ tsp salt
1–3 tbsp oil
2–5 tbsp warm milk or water
Instructions
Roast and blend hazelnuts with butter.
Add cocoa, sweetener, and salt.
Add protein powder and blend — the mixture will thicken.
Add warm liquid gradually until creamy.
