Low-Calorie Dark Chocolate (Light & Satisfying)
A lighter chocolate made with less cocoa butter and natural low-cal sweeteners while keeping a rich, dark flavor.
Makes ~8–10 small squares
60 g cocoa butter (⅓ cup, chopped)
60 g unsweetened cocoa powder (½ cup)
2 tbsp allulose or erythritol (powdered for smoothness)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: instant coffee (¼ tsp) for deeper flavor
Simple Method
Melt cocoa butter gently using a double boiler.
Whisk in cocoa powder until smooth.
Add sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
Pour into molds and chill in the fridge 20–30 minutes.
Pop out and enjoy.
