Ingredients, Measurements & Crafting:
Vegan + Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate (Pure & Clean)
An entirely plant-based chocolate sweetened with keto-friendly, zero-sugar sweeteners and made with only whole ingredients.
Makes ~10–12 pieces
80 g cocoa butter (½ cup)
50 g cocoa powder (½ cup)
2–3 tbsp liquid stevia, monk fruit syrup, or allulose syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch sea salt
Optional: crushed nuts, cacao nibs, shredded coconut
 Simple Method
Melt cocoa butter over low heat.
Remove from heat and whisk in cocoa powder.
Add sweetener (start small and adjust).
Stir in vanilla and salt.
Pour into silicone molds and chill until set.
