Ingredients & Measurements

  • Colloidal oatmeal – 2 tablespoons
    (or finely grind plain oats into powder)
  • Pure aloe vera gel – 2 tablespoons
    (fresh or store-bought, alcohol-free)
  • Virgin coconut oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Lavender essential oil (optional) – 2–3 drops
    (optional and only if your skin tolerates essential oils)

 How to Make It

  1. If using whole oats, blend them into an excellent powder.
  2. In a clean bowl, mix the oatmeal and aloe vera gel until smooth.
  3. Gently melt the coconut oil (lukewarm, not hot) and stir it in.
  4. Add essential oil if using, and mix well.
  5. Transfer to a clean glass jar with a lid.
