Ingredients (1 Bath)

Colloidal oatmeal – 1 cup
(or finely blended plain oats) - Baking soda – ½ cup
- Pure aloe vera gel – 2–3 tablespoons
- Optional additions (choose ONE only):
- Dead Sea salt – ¼ cup (for adults only)
- Chamomile tea – 1 cup (strongly brewed & cooled)
Skip essential oils in bath soaks if eczema is active or skin is broken.
How to Prepare
- Grind oats into an excellent powder (essential to avoid irritation).
- Fill the bathtub with lukewarm water (not hot).
- Sprinkle oatmeal and baking soda under running water to ensure even dispersion.
- Add aloe vera gel, then gently stir the water with your hand.
- Add chamomile tea or salt if using.
How to Use
- Soak for 10–15 minutes only
- Keep affected areas fully submerged
- Do not scrub the skin
- Pat skin dry gently (do not rub)
- Apply a thick moisturizer or balm within 3 minutes after bathing
Best frequency:

✔ Daily during severe flare-ups (short soaks only)
