Cranberry + Hibiscus Tea (supports healthy urinary & vaginal flora)

Cranberry and hibiscus contain natural acids and antioxidants that support urinary tract health and help discourage harmful bacteria overgrowth.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 cup pure cranberry juice (no sugar)
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: honey for taste

How to make

  1. Boil water and add hibiscus.
  2. Steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain.
  4. Mix in ½–1 cup cranberry juice.
  5. Serve warm or chilled.
