Vaginal Cleanser Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • ¼ cup pineapple (fresh, chopped)
  • 1 key lime (or regular lime), peeled
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • Optional boosters:
    • 1 tablespoon aloe vera juice (food-grade)
    • ½ cucumber
    • 5–6 fresh mint leaves
    • 1 teaspoon honey or agave (optional, for taste)

Benefits of Each Ingredient

Cranberries

  • Rich in antioxidants and proanthocyanidins, which help prevent harmful bacteria from sticking to the urinary and vaginal tract.
  • Supports natural pH balance and decreases odor-causing bacteria.

    Pineapple

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

Usage / How to Drink

  • Drink 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach OR
  • ½ cup morning + ½ cup evening for a more gentle intake.
  • Use for 3–5 days in a row to support freshness, pH balance, and urinary tract health.

Shelf Life / Storage

  • Store in an airtight glass jar.
  • Refrigerator: Up to 24–48 hours for best potency and freshness.
  • Do not freeze, as cranberries and pineapple lose enzyme benefits after freezing.
