REMEDY FOR ACIDITY, BURNING SENSATION, AND BLOATING - FENNEL–CORIANDER DIGESTIVE WATER

 Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Fennel seeds (saunf) – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander seeds (dhania) – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 1½ cups
  • Optional: Honey – ½ teaspoon (only if acidity is mild)

 How to Make

  1. Lightly crush fennel and coriander seeds.
  2. Add them to water and bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer for 8–10 minutes.
  4. Strain and let it cool until warm.
  5. Add honey if using, and sip slowly.
