NAUSEA & MORNING SICKNESS( GINGER + CHAMOMILE (CALMS STOMACH & NERVES))

Ingredients & measurements

  • Fresh ginger: 1–2 thin slices or ½ tsp grated
  • Chamomile flowers or tea bag: 1 tsp dried flowers or 1 tea bag
  • Water: 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Optional: ½ tsp honey

How to prepare

  1. Bring water to a boil, add ginger, and simmer 3–5 minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat, add chamomile, and steep 5 minutes.
  3. Strain (if using loose flowers). Sweeten lightly if desired.

  • If very sensitive, start with chamomile alone, then add ginger later
