  • ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 cup hot water

Optional: a small squeeze of lemon (avoid sweeteners)

How to Make

  1. Add cinnamon, ginger, and fennel seeds to a cup or teapot.
  2. Pour hot (not boiling) water over the ingredients.
  3. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Strain and sip warm.
