A fiery-sweet traditional blend for sore throats, coughs, immunity, and low energy

This is a time-honored folk remedy—simple, fast, and surprisingly effective when used correctly 

🌿 Ingredients & Measurements

Basic Dose (by spoon)

  • Raw honey: 1 tablespoon
  • Cayenne pepper (powder): a pinch (⅛ tsp or less)

Warm Drink Option

  • Raw honey: 1 tablespoon
  • Cayenne pepper: a pinch
  • Warm (not hot) water: ½–1 cup

(Water should be warm enough to dissolve honey but not hot, to preserve enzymes.)

 How to Prepare

Spoon Method (Best for sore throat)

  1. Place honey on a spoon.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne on top.
  3. Let it slowly dissolve in the mouth before swallowing.

Warm Drink Method (Best for congestion & fatigue)

  1. Stir honey into warm water until dissolved.
  2. Add cayenne and mix well.
  3. Sip slowly.
