Apple Cinnamon “Pie” Bites (No Sugar, No Crust)

Warm, cozy, dessert-style apples without the calories or carbs of pie.

Ingredients:
- 2 servings
1 medium apple, chopped
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp water
½ tsp vanilla
Optional: 1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup

Method
Add chopped apples + water + cinnamon to a pan.
Cook 5–7 minutes until soft.
Add vanilla and sweetener (optional).
