Mini cookies made from just banana + flaxseed.
Ingredients:
6–8 Small Bites
1 ripe banana
5 tbsp ground flaxseed
¼ tsp cinnamon
Optional: 1 tbsp chopped nuts
Method
Mash the banana.
Mix in flaxseed and cinnamon.
Spoon small blobs on parchment.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–14 minutes.
Instructions:
Keep the bites small for portion control.
