Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait (Protein-Rich)

A creamy, satisfying dessert that balances protein with antioxidants.

Ingredients:
- 1 serving
¾ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (2% or 0%)
½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp crushed almonds or walnuts
1 tsp chia or flaxseed
Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp sugar-free sweetener

Method
Layer yogurt + berries + nuts in a bowl or glass.
Top with chia/flax and a sprinkle of nuts.
