Ingredients & Measurements
- Coconut oil – 2 tablespoons
- Baking soda – 1 tablespoon
- Food-grade activated charcoal (optional) – ½ teaspoon
- Hydrogen peroxide (3%) (optional) – ½ teaspoon
- Xylitol powder – 1 teaspoon
- Peppermint essential oil – 5–8 drops
(Charcoal + peroxide are optional; choose only if your teeth are not sensitive.)
How to Make It
- Soften the coconut oil until creamy.
- In a bowl, add:
- baking soda
- xylitol
- activated charcoal (if using)
- Mix dry ingredients well.
- Add the softened coconut oil and stir until smooth.
- Add optional hydrogen peroxide (VERY small amount) and peppermint oil.
- Blend to a thick paste and store in a small airtight jar

Usage Tips
- Use a pea-sized amount to brush.
- Brush 2 minutes, 2–3 times per week for whitening blends.
- (Daily use is fine if you remove peroxide + charcoal.)
- Avoid swallowing the paste.
- If teeth become sensitive, reduce baking soda use or stop using peroxide.
- For extra whitening:
- Let the paste sit on the teeth for 1 minute before brushing.

Room Temperature:

- Keep away from heat (coconut oil can melt)
