POWDER-BASED ANTIFUNGAL REMEDY (For Feet)

Ingredients & Measurements

  • Arrowroot powder or cornstarch – ½ cup
  • Baking soda – 2 tablespoons
  • Tea tree essential oil – 10–12 drops
  • Lavender essential oil (optional) – 5 drops

How to Make It

  1. Add arrowroot powder (or cornstarch) and baking soda to a clean, dry bowl.
  2. Slowly add essential oils, mixing thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
  3. Transfer to a dry shaker jar, spice jar, or airtight container.
  4. Let sit uncovered for 1–2 hours, then seal (this helps moisture evaporate).
