CAYENNE + GINGER WARMING BLEND

🌿 Ingredients & Measurements

Tea (most common & gentle)

  • Fresh ginger root (sliced or grated): 1–2 teaspoons
    (or ½ tsp dried ginger)
  • Cayenne pepper (powder): a pinch (⅛ tsp or less)
  • Water: 2 cups
  • Optional: lemon or raw honey (added after brewing)

Tonic Version (stronger)

  • Fresh ginger juice: 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper: a pinch
  • Warm water: ½–1 cup
  • Optional: apple cider vinegar or honey

Culinary Use (soups & broths)

  • Add ¼–½ tsp grated ginger + a pinch of cayenne per serving

 How to Prepare

Tea Method

  1. Add ginger to water and bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Simmer 10–15 minutes (longer = stronger).
  3. Remove from heat; add cayenne at the end.
  4. Strain, then add lemon or honey if desired.

Tonic Method

  1. Combine ginger juice and warm water.
  2. Add cayenne and stir well.
  3. Sip slowly.
