 Ingredients & Measurements (1 cup)

  • Fresh ginger: ½ inch (sliced)
  • Fresh mint leaves: 6–8 leaves
  • Water: 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Optional: A few drops of lemon juice

 How to Prepare

  1. Boil ginger in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add mint leaves and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat, strain, and sip warm.
