  • Cinnamon stick (Ceylon preferred): ½ inch stick
    (or cinnamon powder: ¼ teaspoon)
  • Water: 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon honey

 How to Prepare

  1. Add ginger and cinnamon to the water.
  2. Boil for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Strain, let it cool slightly, then add honey if needed.
  4. Drink warm.
