CAYENNE + GARLIC REMEDY

Ingredients & Measurements

Option 1: Simple Garlic–Cayenne Infusion (daily use)

  • Fresh garlic cloves: 1–2 cloves, crushed
  • Cayenne pepper: ⅛ tsp
  • Hot water: 1–1½ cups
  • Optional: raw honey ½–1 tsp (to soften the bite)

Option 2: Traditional Tincture (stronger, long-term)

  • Fresh garlic: 1 cup, finely chopped or crushed
  • Cayenne pepper: 1–2 tsp
  • Alcohol (vodka or brandy, 40%): enough to fully cover herbs
    (or raw apple cider vinegar as a non-alcoholic option)

How to Prepare

Infusion (quick & gentle)

  1. Crush garlic and let it sit 10 minutes (activates allicin).
  2. Add garlic to a mug and pour hot water over it (not boiling).
  3. Steep 10–15 minutes.
  4. Stir in cayenne and optional honey.
  5. Sip slowly.

Tincture (traditional & potent)

  1. Place garlic and cayenne in a clean glass jar.
  2. Cover completely with alcohol or vinegar.
  3. Seal and store in a cool, dark place.
  4. Shake daily for 2–4 weeks.
  5. Strain and store liquid in a dropper bottle.
