🌿 Ingredients & Measurements

Golden Milk (most popular)

  • Ground turmeric: ½ teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper: a tiny pinch (⅛ tsp or less)
  • Black pepper: a pinch (important for absorption)
  • Milk of choice (almond, coconut, oat, or dairy): 1 cup
  • Optional:
    • Raw honey or maple syrup: 1 teaspoon
    • Ginger or cinnamon: a pinch for extra warmth

Tea Version (lighter)

  • Ground turmeric: ½ teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper: a pinch
  • Black pepper: a pinch
  • Water: 1½–2 cups
  • Optional: lemon or honey after brewing

Capsule Option

  • Turmeric capsules (as directed)
  • Pair with:
    • A pinch of cayenne
    • Black pepper or a meal containing healthy fat

 How to Prepare

Golden Milk Method

  1. Gently warm milk in a saucepan (do not boil).
