 Ingredients & Measurements (1 cup)

  • Fresh ginger: ½ inch (crushed)
  • Fresh tulsi leaves: 6–8 leaves
    (or dried tulsi: 1 teaspoon)
  • Water: 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Optional: Honey ½ teaspoon

 How to Prepare

  1. Boil ginger in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add tulsi leaves and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat, strain, and add honey if desired.
  4. Drink warm.
