CHILI PEPPERS FOR PAIN AND SORENESS (Natural capsaicin-based topical remedy)

🧾 Ingredients & Measurements

  • Dried chili pepper flakes or cayenne powder – 2 tablespoons
  • Carrier oil (coconut oil, olive oil, or almond oil) – 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Optional (for scent/skin comfort): Vitamin E oil – ½ teaspoon

🔥 How to Make the Remedy

  1. Add the carrier oil to a small saucepan.
  2. Warm on very low heat until just melted/warm (do not boil).
  3. Add chili flakes or cayenne powder.
  4. Stir gently and simmer on low heat for 5–10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Strain (optional) for a smoother oil, or leave as-is for stronger potency.
  7. Pour into a clean, dry glass jar and allow to cool completely.
