🔥 How to Prepare
Infusion Method (Best Balance of Strength + Safety)
- Place coconut oil and cayenne in a heat-safe glass jar.
- Set jar in a saucepan with a few inches of water (double boiler).
- Heat on low for 1–2 hours. Do not boil.
- Stir occasionally.
- Strain through cheesecloth (optional, but gentler on skin).
- Let cool and store.
Balm Option
- While the oil is still warm, add beeswax.
- Stir until fully melted.
- Pour into a small jar or tin and let it set.
