- Fresh lemon juice: 1–2 tsp
- Water: 1 cup (250 ml)
- Optional: ½ tsp honey (only if you like a little sweetness)
How to prepare
- Bring the water to a gentle boil.
- Add ginger, reduce heat, and simmer 5–10 minutes (longer = stronger).
- Strain into a cup, add lemon juice.
- Sweeten lightly if needed.
