  • Warm water: 1–1½ cups (warm, not boiling)
  • Fresh lemon juice: ½–1 lemon (1–2 tbsp)
  • Raw honey: 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
  • Cayenne pepper: ⅛ tsp
    (Start with a pinch if you’re new)

  • Fresh grated ginger: ½ tsp
  • Apple cider vinegar: 1 tsp (for deeper detox support)

  2. Add fresh lemon juice.
